This session introduces students to the concept of climate change and its far-reaching effects on the planet. From simple everyday actions to collective efforts, students will learn how they can be part of the solution.

Greenhouse Gases

What are greenhouse gases?

In this session, students will dive into the science of greenhouse gases – what they are, where they come from, and how they contribute to global warming. Through fun experiments, like observing gas production from food waste, they’ll gain a hands-on understanding of how small actions can help reduce emissions. This session also highlights the role of individuals and communities in combating climate change.

Fossil Fuels

What are fossil fuels and where do they come from?
