Food packaging contains important information that helps us make safe and sustainable choices.

In this module, pupils will explore food labels and learn how packaging can help reduce food waste.

Start with the pre-learning videos to introduce key vocabulary linked to food safety, packaging and waste reduction. Pupils will then complete the main task, investigating expiry dates, storage instructions and food label information. The quiz at the end helps assess understanding and reinforce learning.
