“My brain has too many tabs open.”

I saw that on the back of a car recently and I it really resonated!

At this exact moment as I type, I have two browsers open. One of them had 59 tabs. Fifty nine.

Important work tabs. Random “I’ll read that later” tabs. Half finished ideas. A recipe I will never cook and at least three I can’t remember opening.

And then there is the real fear. Accidentally closing the browser.

That split second of panic. Followed by blind optimism. “Restore previous session”… come on… come on…

It made me laugh. But it also made me think. Maybe this is what modern life feels like.

Not overwhelmed in a dramatic way. Just constantly… open.

Too many tabs.
Too many thoughts.
Too many things competing for attention.

And yet somehow, we keep moving. Switching between tabs. Hoping nothing crashes.

How many tabs do you currently have open, and be honest, how many of them do you actually need?
