Every three minutes, someone in the UK dies from cardiovascular disease.
For many of us, this isn’t just a statistic. It’s personal. It’s the loss of a loved one to cardiac arrest, or watching someone navigate the daily reality of heart failure. Cardiovascular disease touches families, workplaces and communities across the country and the impact can be devastating.
As we head into Valentine’s Day, a time when we celebrate the people we love, it’s a powerful reminder that protecting the hearts of those around us is one of the greatest acts of care we can show.
That’s why, this Heart Month, we’re proud to stand with the British Heart Foundation (BHF) and play our part in keeping hearts beating.
We’re incredibly grateful to have received a defibrillator from the BHF, now located at our HQ. It’s a powerful reminder that quick action saves lives and that life-saving equipment, combined with basic knowledge, can make all the difference.
This month, we’re asking our community to #ShowYourHeart by taking just 15 minutes to learn CPR.
Learning CPR is simple, free, and could one day save the life of someone you love, or a stranger who desperately needs help. You don’t need any prior experience, and you can do it in your own time.
By learning CPR and supporting the work of the BHF, you’re helping to power research that brings us closer to the next breakthrough, enabling people to live longer, healthier lives.
💓 It only takes 15 minutes. It could save a life.

This Heart Month and this Valentine’s, let’s show our hearts for our colleagues, our families and our communities.
